Yes, cost varies based on the amount of alteration work. Please call Customer Service at 443.652.3218 and we can explain the charges in advance. Please note we consider any altered product to be final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.

Delivery times vary, but our U.S. domestic ground shipping usually delivers your order within five business days. International delivery times vary based on shipping option selected at checkout.
*If you requested either alterations and/or monogramming, please allow 7 business days for completion prior to shipping. During the busy holiday season, please allow an additional 3 days for the tailors to complete the alterations before shipping.

We offer free domestic ground shipping for all orders over $75 and $9.50 standard shipping for all orders below $125.

*Please place domestic U.S. orders with expedited shipping by 11am ET to ensure the order goes out the same day. Wilkes & Riley is proud of our quality reputation and we want our customers to feel secure and satisfied in their purchases and therefore we will gladly accept a return or exchange of salable merchandise in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered or non-damaged, in original packaging) within 30 days of purchase date accompanied by an original receipt.

Unfortunately we cannot accept a return or exchange on any merchandise that was altered including monogramming.

All our Tailored Clothing (Suits, Jackets, Dress Trousers) are all produced in small Italian workrooms. We have chosen each of our factories based on their strong commitment to quality control. The tailoring techniques have been passed down from the prior generation to the next, ensuring the very best in craftsmanship. Our Cashmere Sweaters, Neckwear, Belts and socks are also produced in Italy.

Most Non-Iron or Wrinkle-free shirts are produced in Asia, our non-iron shirts are produced in China using only 100% American-grown Supima cotton. These shirts are exceptional, not only because of the incredible hand-feel of the fabric but the combination of this special fabric along with the very best wrinkle-free performance. You can expect the highest level of continuity and consistency each and every time you purchase our shirts.

We offer three fits, Slim, Tailored and Classic. Depending on your fit choice we can fit most men very well. Within each fit all our shirts are sized by neck and exact sleeve length (including our sport shirts), ensuring an exceptional fit every time.
